For almost 100 years, we produce delicious meat specialities in the highest Surselva. We maintain the family tradition for four generations. Each generation passes on the recipes for our delicacies, the extensive experience and the passion for natural produces to the successors. Much has changed in time, some has remained the same. Our philosophy for example – and the understanding of top quality, which we stand for with our family name.
