Since 1985, our family business has been focusing on high-quality meat and sausage products from its own production. The basis for this is our in-house slaughtering and a cooperative partnership with regional farmers. Short transport routes and species-appropriate animal welfare are central to this. With a great passion for the butcher’s trade and the traditions associated with it, we produce a wide range of house specialties.
