Dry-cured beef from the Grisons

The small agriculture business of the Raguth Tscharner family built their meat dry-curing facility in 1975. Together with his wife Heidi, Ulrich Raguth Tscharner sold his own meat products for nearly thirty years at the weekly market in Chur. One of the 13 farms, which supply the meat dry-curing business, belongs to Michael, to the son of the couple. Together with his wife Ursina and the four children, as well as with their apprentices, Michael Raguth Tscharner manages his farm with approx. 150 cows and cattle.
