«We are, think and work local. » The motto of the butcher family Schmed shows in the quality of meat products: The butcher’s shop offers, for example, the salami Pèz Tumpiv. This product is named after a close, distinctive mountain. And, of course, in the butcher’s shop Schmed, dry-cured beef from the Grisons has its Romansh name: Traditionally, it is called La Puopla. And it tastes excellent.
